Since we've been a bit neglectful in updating the Blog as of late, we'd thought we'd try something new. As many of our clients and friends know, Pat Dwyer is avid (and sometimes serious) triathlete, having competed at the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii in both 2008 and 2009. Well, he's promised us that this is his last year of ironman and half ironman competition for the forseeable future. So, he's training very hard and focused on making 2010 a memorable year.
